Steve and Cinda Gorman are helping Christians live out their faith in difficult times in Egypt and Iran. Kate Taber tells of riots and clashes near her home in Israel/Palestine.     Darren and Elizabeth Kennedy wrote from Egypt

    Darren and Elizabeth Kennedy wrote from Egypt about a seminary student named Joseph who fell from a moving train and suffered the amputation of one leg. He had four extensive surgeries in three weeks. A friend in Texas purchased a prosthetic leg from eBay and carried it from Houston to Cairo packed among his clothes.     Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship

    The Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship points out, “Our Lord Jesus, a Jew, spoke Aramaic. So did his twelve disciples, but the first New Testament writings about Jesus were in Greek. Did you ever stop to think that translation has always been part of how the Gospel spreads?” They recently raised funds to print 30,000 copies of the first Arsi Oromo dialect New Testament.
