Rebecca Davis is a teaching elder and Certified Christian Educator currently serving as associate professor of Christian education at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina. A native of Huntington, West Virginia, she earned a MACE from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education, an M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. from Union-PSCE. Before being called to full-time academic teaching, she served congregations for 25 years.
Jill Duffield is a teaching elder and is editor and publisher of the Presbyterian Outlook. Jill grew up in Mt. Gilead, North Carolina, graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia, with an M.Div. and from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary with a D.Min. Her pastoral experience includes small and large congregations. She is the author of two books and numerous contributions to other acclaimed publications.
Lori Raible is a teaching elder and is Pastor of Selwyn Avenue Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lori grew up in Salem, Virginia, and graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary, Charlotte Campus with a M.Div. She enjoys preaching and writing for various organizations, and has been involved in the leadership of Next Church by sharing her passion for equipping and connecting leaders within the PC(USA).
Shavon Starling-Louis is a teaching elder currently pastoring Meadowlake Presbyterian Church in Huntersville, North Carolina, and is a leader with Next Church. Shavon grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida, and after graduating with a M.Div. at Columbia Theological Seminary served congregations in Oklahoma and Rhode Island. One of her passions is the intersection of anti-racism, art, worship and interculturalism inspeaker and facilitator.

Tasha Hicks McCray is married to Glenn McCray and they are the proud parents of Nia Mariko Ke’Alohilani. Tasha is a pastor in the Seattle Presbytery and together, she and Glenn coach varsity girls basketball at Evergreen High School, are co-collaborators for ChopSueyRoots Design, and serve with NEXT Church. Tasha graduated from the University of Hawaii and San Francisco Theological Seminary.
