St. Stephen Presbyterian Church, Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time pastor/head of staff to lead our 400+ member congregation. We are an intentionally inclusive community of believers that value a traditional liturgical worship style and multifaceted music program. The church is situated on a 7.5-acre hilltop site near Texas Christian University in south Fort Worth. Major programs include choral and bell choirs, special concert series, a two-day-per-week day school and a Room in the Inn homeless ministry. The person in this position should have a collaborative leadership style that will lead and nurture the staff, members, and ministries with dignity, humility, and humor.
