Westminster Presbyterian Church of Austin, Minnesota, is seeking an associate pastor of family ministries. Westminster is a joyful place of worship, service, and fellowship. Our church theme, “Growing in Faith, Reaching Out in Love” is embodied by the dedicated members, staff, and friends of our congregation. The associate pastor will oversee and provide leadership of our family ministries. They will also preach monthly and will be responsible for assisting with other pastoral duties.
This pastor will provide warm and enthusiastic leadership and seek to create a community with our children, youth, and families, and will strive to maximize opportunities both for spiritual growth and service. We are looking for someone who has creative ideas for leading our children, youth, and families into a Christ-centered future. We envision a person who can complement our senior pastor and have a shared partnership in the overall ministries at Westminster.
