Jerry Van Marter is stated clerk of the Presbytery of Mid-Kentucky. During a 50+ year career of ordained ministry, he has served four congregations, three presbyteries, one synod and, for 26 years, served on the staff of the Presbyterian News Service, including 20 years (1994-2014) as its director.
