(PNS) The Presbyterian Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen C. Kelly from Lexington, Kentucky, as our new Board of Trustees chair and Rev. Eustacia Moffett Marshall from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as vice-chair.
Kelly is executive vice president, Marketing and Sales at Central Bank. First elected to the board in 2012, Kelly was renominated for a second four-year term at this year’s 222nd General Assembly (GA) of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Portland. Kelly also serves on the board of directors for the Foundation’s subsidiary corporation, New Covenant Trust Company. He is an elder and Finance Committee chair at First Presbyterian Church in Lexington.

Also renominated at GA, Moffett Marshall is a teaching elder and pastor to Faith Point Fellowship, a PC (USA) New Worshiping Community in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is serving as adjunct faculty at Wake Forest Divinity School and is also active in Salem Presbytery and Grace Presbyterian Church (Winston-Salem, NC) where her husband serves as pastor.
“I am pleased to welcome Steve and Eustasia as our new chair and vice chair,” said President and CEO Tom Taylor. “They bring a wealth of experience and expertise in their fields, and I know that their service will provide tremendous benefits to the Foundation as we further our ministry to connect donors and the missions they feel compelled to support.”

Asset Gathering, Michele Minter (Plainsboro, New Jersey)
Investment, Rob Olcott (McLean, Virginia)
Social Witness, Rev. Ruth Faith Santana-Grace (Philadelphia)
The Foundation also welcomes seven new trustees that were elected to a four-term term at GA. New trustees include Rev. Wonjae Choi, Warrington, Pennsylvania; Bridget-Anne Hampden, Charlotte; Malcolm Nimick, Sewickley, Pennsylvania; Rev. Jihyun Oh, Decatur, Georgia; Eric Osborne, Houston; Rev. Dr. Neal Presa, Carlsbad, California; Rev. Paul T. Roberts Sr., Atlanta. Also new to the board are ex officio trustees Rev. Dr. J. Herbert Nelson, Stated Clerk, PC(USA) and Tony De La Rosa, Interim Executive Director, Presbyterian Mission Agency.
