Christopher B. Hays is D. Wilson Moore Professor of Old Testament and Ancient Near Eastern Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, and is a minister of word and sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). He co-edited God and Guns: The Bible Against American Gun Culture (Westminster John Knox, 2021), among other publications.
