The Rev. Omar Rouchon is an associate pastor at St. Philip Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas. A native of Rochester, New York, he studied political science at Yale, taught public education while earning an M.Ed. from the University of Houston and holds and M.Div. from Harvard Divinity School.
