Many Presbyterian churches make shawls or quilts to give to members facing illness or other difficult circumstances. A church in Lampasas, Texas, adds a special touch. When they finish the quilt, they tie it off with a prayer for the recipient. They have finished over 25 and each is designed with “a unique pattern and a lot of love.”
