David Lincicum is associate professor of theology at the University of Notre Dame. He works at the intersection of early Jewish, early Christian, and New Testament studies, and has long-standing interests in the history of biblical interpretation. Lincicum contributed a chapter to the book God and Guns: The Bible Against American Gun Culture.
