The Rev. Dr. Frank Clark Spencer became president of the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in 2014, and the agency undertook a transformative process to serve more, serve better, and serve the church. He oversaw the 2017 redesign of the Benefits Plan of the PC(USA) and continues to drive the expansion of benefits and eligibility for assistance and education programs.
