Samantha Coggins (née Lowery) is a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the PC(USA). She currently serves as pastor at First Presbyterian Church Waynesboro in Waynesboro, Virginia. She received her M.Div. from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in 2020. She lives in Virginia with her spouse and 3-year-old daughter.
