Stanley H. Skreslet, Ph.D., is Professor of Church History and Missions Emeritus at Union Presbyterian Seminary. A former mission co-worker, he served on the faculty of the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo for ten years. His most recent book is Constructing Mission History: Missionary Initiative and Indigenous Agency in the Making of World Christianity (Fortress, 2023).
