The Rev. Dr. Tony Stiff has a Ph.D. in disability theology from the University of Aberdeen and a Ph.D. in liturgical studies and missiology from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. He is an affirming pastor in the Presbytery of the Redwoods, California.
