Tod Bolsinger is a Presbyterian minister, associate professor of leadership formation at Fuller Seminary, and executive director of the Church Leadership Institute. He is also the principle and co-founder of AE Sloan Leadership, and the author of five books including "Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change."
