Marsha Mazza, who had been under hospice care, passed away May 12, according to a notice from New Castle Presbytery. Her husband, Carl Mazza, is a candidate for moderator of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The election will be held at the General Assembly next month.
A Funeral Service of Witness to the Resurrection will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 17, at First Church, 351 Biddle Street, Chesapeake City, Md., (410) 885-3418.
Carl is a minister member of the New Castle Presbytery. He and Marsha are founders of Meeting Ground in Elkton, Md. Your prayers for his family and Meeting Ground friends are greatly appreciated.
