What’s right with Hebron Presbyterian Church is the willingness and desire of the congregation to look back with gratitude and to look forward with expectation. HPC is a small church that was founded in 1858 — once in the country, but now in ever-expanding suburbia. We are following Jesus, making disciples and serving. We believe that there is ministry in front of us that may well be the reason we have been here all this time.
We participate in a Monday evening community ministry providing meals for folks experiencing homelessness in our county. Martie’s Kitchen is housed in a local Baptist church. On months that have five Mondays, we staff it. We prepare and serve food, reaching as many as 100 people. It has been a blessing to be involved.
