James S. Evinger, a retired teaching elder, is the appointed Advocate for POL-02 from the Presbytery of Genesee Valley, Rochester, New York. He has served on three national, fact-finding inquiries into the sexual and physical abuse of minors, twice for the PC(USA) and once for The United Methodist Church.
