Dr. Kim Smith is an elder at Bethesda Presbyterian Church in Gaffney, South Carolina. He is an associate professor at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he teaches journalism remotely from his home in Gaffney and coordinates the department’s internship program.
