The Rev. Dr. Neal D. Presa, a teaching elder of the Presbytery of San Diego, was a delegate of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to the 11th Assembly of the World Council of Churches where he served on the Assembly’s Finance Committee. He was elected by the Assembly to the WCC’s Central Committee, which subsequently elected him to the Executive Committee as Moderator of the Finance Policy Committee. Residing in Carlsbad, California, he is an administrative faculty member of New Brunswick Theological Seminary and is a past Moderator of the 220th General Assembly (2012) of the PC(USA).
