Andrew C. Whaley is the pastor and head of staff of the Raleigh Court Presbyterian Church in Roanoke, Virginia where he has served since 2015.  He is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary and Rhodes College and previously served as a pastor in eastern Tennessee.
