Thirza Sayers is a teaching elder serving Hillside Presbyterian (House Springs, Missouri), leads the 1001 New Worshiping Community Light for the Darkness and cofounded the 1001 New Worshiping Community Our Selah. She has given away almost 800 bouquets to bring light since beginning to garden in 2020 and is also pursuing her D.Min. at Louisville Seminary.
